Mr. Goldman, the firm’s Managing Partner, proudly focuses his practice in the areas of Automobile Accidents, Motorcycle Accidents, Uninsured / Underinsured Motorist Claims, Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Dog Bites and Other Injuries Caused by Animals, Criminal and Traffic Defense, and Mediation. Mr. Goldman was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, but was raised in Charlotte County, Florida. He graduated from Port Charlotte High School in 1988, immediately thereafter earned his Associate in Arts degree from Edison Community College in Fort Myers, Florida in 1990, then proceeded to Florida State University and obtained Bachelors degrees in both Political Science and Criminology in 1992. Mr. Goldman traveled to Loyola University Law School in New Orleans, Louisiana, where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree in 1995.

Mr. Goldman is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts. He currently is a member of the Florida Justice Association, the Academy of Trial Lawyers of America, the American Bar Association, and the Charlotte County Bar Association, where he served as its Secretary (2006), Treasurer (2007), Vice President (2008), and President (2009). Mr. Goldman and his wife, Andrea, dedicate countless hours and resources to their favorite local non-profit organization, the Boys and Girls Club of Charlotte County.


Personal


Mr. Goldman has been happily married to his wife, Andrea, since 1993. His oldest son graduated from Florida State University and now attends law school in California, while his youngest son attends a Master’s program for accounting at Florida Gulf Coast University.
